Chemistry Analyzer is a compact, high-precision benchtop diagnostic
analyzer designed for biochemical and coagulation testing in clinical
laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers. Driven by an ARM Cortex-M3
(120MHz) processor, it delivers stable and accurate performance across 1-point
endpoint, 2-point endpoint, kinetic, and fixed-time assay methods. Its advanced
optical system includes a long-life halogen lamp with auto-sleep function, six
standard wavelength filters (340–630 nm, plus two optional), and a 32 µL flow
cell, supporting an absorbance range from 0.0000 to 3.0000 Abs with 0.0001 Abs
resolution.
Engineered for practical
routine workflows, the instrument seamlessly alternates between flowcell,
cuvette, and coagulation tube testing modes, complemented by a built-in
multi-position incubator with Peltier temperature control at 25°C, 30°C, 37°C,
and ambient temperature. Operation is streamlined through a 7.0-inch color
touchscreen interface with memory capacity for more than 300 test programs and
1,000 patient results. The analyzer also integrates a 57mm thermal printer for
automatic result and curve generation, USB connectivity for external
peripherals and LIS communication, and universal AC 100–240V power
compatibility in a lightweight 5 kg chassis
