Drugs of Abuse

Tropicamide (TRO) is a short-acting eye drop used to dilate pupils during eye exams. It works by blocking acetylcholine in eye muscles. Effects last a few hours. Common side effects include blurred vision and light sensitivity. Use with caution in glaucoma patients.
