The Tetanus IgG Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a fluorescence immunoassay for the quantitative detection of Tetanus IgG in human whole blood, serum or plasma specimen. It is intended for use as an aid in identifying the level of anti-tetanus toxin antibodies, to evaluate immune status, in order to determine the necessity of a complementary vaccination which would assure immunity towards tetanus toxin. A Fluorescence Immunoassay test for the quantitative detection of Tetanus IgG in human whole blood, serum or plasma with the use of Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer. (Test Range: 0.05-10IU/mL)
