The H-FABP and cTnI combo test offers early and accurate detection of myocardial injury. - **H-FABP**: Rises within 1–3 hours after cardiac injury. Sensitive but not entirely specific. - **cTnI**: Highly specific to heart tissue; rises in 3–6 hours and remains elevated for days. - **Combined Use**: Enables early diagnosis, risk assessment, and monitoring in acute coronary syndromes (ACS).
