The VX-b400 is an Auto Chemistry Analyzers are advanced systems built for high-speed, accurate diagnostics in clinical laboratories. Offering a constant throughput of 280 tests per hour, they support random access operation with both open and locked reagent options. The analyzers feature independent dual probes with collision protection, liquid surface detection, and automatic depth adjustment, ensuring precision and safety in sample handling. With 80 reagent and 40 sample positions, along with 44 UV-transparent reaction cuvettes, the systems allow continuous, uninterrupted testing. A Peltier-based incubation unit maintains the reaction temperature at 37±0.1°C for optimal reagent performance. Precision dispensing is achieved with a ceramic syringe capable of handling volumes as low as 0.1μl. The software supports multi-point linear and nonlinear calibration, automatic result verification, and comprehensive quality control based on Westgard rules. Optional barcode readers and customizable print reports streamline workflow and minimize errors. The Windows-based platform offers seamless integration with LIS and features robust data processing, including patient history, reagent tracking, and audit logs. With compact dimensions of 745×540×530mm and a weight of 45.4 kg, these analyzers are suitable for labs with space constraints but demanding workloads.
